They have also released some small features and the new map editing tool. Their workboard is available [[phab:project/board/483/|in Phabricator]]. Русский язык включён в гаджет «Урусатдин халкарин чӀалар». Вопрос. We are having a problem with attackers taking over wiki accounts with privileged user rights (for example, admins, bureaucrats, oversighters, checkusers). It appears that this may be because of weak or reused passwords.
 
Community members are working along with members of multiple teams at the Wikimedia Foundation to address this issue.

В следующем году по инициативе марийских коллег планируем организовать [[:wmru:Вики-Пайрем_2017|форум Википедий на языках народов России в Йошкар-Оле]]. Аналогичные мероприятия прошли в Уфе (апрель 2015) и в Ижевске (сентябрь 2016). Представители башкир, бурят, тыва, саха, эрзян, удмурт википедий высказались в поддержку инициативы марийских коллег и выразили желание направить своих представителей на форум. Организаторы хотели бы видеть как можно больше представителей различных языковых разделов. Ведь из всех действующих Википедий около 10 процентов приходиться на языки народов России. Приглашаем представителей Вашей Википедии принять участие на форуме и в ближайшее время [[:wmru:Обсуждение:Вики-Пайрем 2017/Участники|просим высказаться в поддержку иницативы марийских коллег, а также сообщить о вероятности участия ваших представителей]] (на данном этапе досточно выразить намерение). В середине декабря организаторам необходимо [[:meta:Grants:Conference/Letter_of_intent|объявить на Мета-Вики о намерении провести такой форум]], что позволит получить частичное финансирование на проведение меропрития от Фонда Викимедиа (планируем просить в части оплаты проживания участников и оплаты расходов на авиаперелеты, которые Фонд сможет оплатить напрямую поставщику услуг). == Предложение по изменению структуры форума ==
 
Я предлагаю изменить структуру форума. Спам от Викимедиа осточертел. Для них я предлагаю выделить какой-то отдельный форум, типа новостей. Для обсуждения текущих дел в Википедии надо создать отдельную ветку, чтобы спамоботы там не могли размещать свои сообщения. Третий раздел - Гафалаг, будет также частью системы форума.
